| I make my own custom archival photographic prints from a digital scan
of the original photo print or negative, or from a digital capture file. The image is carefully, artistically,
and thoughtfully retouched and color corrected as necessary, and then printed on an Epson printer using archival,
acid-free inks and papers. When prints are matted or framed, I use acid-free materials to maximize the longevity
of the print. For best results, this print should be displayed away from intense light, extreme temperatures
and humidity, and in an area relatively free of atmospheric contaminants. With proper care, it should last a
lifetime. |
